Need shipping outside the continental U.S.? E-mail us at email@example.com or call us at 503.248.111 with the item number of the product you wish to buy and the destination (be sure to include your postal code), and we will quote you for shipping. We typically use the US Postal Service for international shipping for best shipping economy.
In general all items are in stock and ready to ship. Occasionally an item becomes backordered so if your purchase has a time sensitive delivery **PLEASE LET US KNOW** in the “comments” section of your order.
Most small packages ship via US Postal Priority and are delivered in 2-3 days throughout the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. Larger packages (e.g. vases 12″ – 18″) are shipped UPS ground unless you specify expedited service. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have specific shipping requests. The prices in our web catalog www.ecobre.com do not include shipping and handling costs. When you order via our ecommerce costs for packing and UPS are automatically calculated and added to your order so you can see the full amount before you checkout.
Address Correction Charge: Please be careful that the “Shipping Address” you provide during checkout is correct. There will be a $15 correction charge added for address corrections (Due to UPS correction charges to us).

ABOUT UPS EXPEDITED SHIPPING (1 day, 2 day, 3 day):
- Our cut off for same day order processing is 12:00 noon (Pacific Time Zone) otherwise orders are process the next shipping day.
- UPS does not deliver on Saturdays except for certain LARGE urban areas.
- UPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
- UPS does not count the day we ship in their delivery formula. For example, if we ship on Monday UPS 3 day service, UPS counts the 3 business days as Tuesday, Wednesday and delivery is on Thursday.
